Our server will be reset completely. This does not mean just the chat server this means the entire server will be reset in order for our host to look over our server logs in order to find some of the issues that is causing the stall in the rooms.

The reset is been scheduled for Thursday around 1:00pm est.  The server reset should not take no longer then a few minutes however somethings may not show online right away as tests are being done.

Once the sites is back up we will post more information in regards of what we have to do in order to fix the issue that is causing the problem.

We just wanted to post something up quick in regards to the resports to us about the rooms giving a bit of stalling when text is in the room with avs. That some avs load but the text takes a moment or so to go through. 

We are aware of this issue and are in contact with our web host in regards to everything. We will keep everyone updated more once we get more feedback from the host to report.

We can tell that soon the site server itself will be reset fully in order to watch the server logs (not to be mistaken by the chat server room logs) to watch for any errors that might show up.

Thank you all for your patience during this time we will get this ironed out. One suggestion we do have to say is please try keeping your history low for the time being. We have noticed that does help some. Also images off might help some as well. Just tips to try.
